Please  check the online tracking Number provided for your order provided by us . If the tracking link says your order has been delivered,
  • Please Check if a household member or Next door Neighbours has accepted your delivery from postman
  • Please Check around your property as your order may have been left in a safe place by postman 
  • if you have missed the delivery or postman is unable to post the box  please Check if a calling card has been left by postman for collection from local collection office  or you arrange the re delivery by going on royalmail website by using the number provided on the card .

Dispatch of Order

- The dispatch of goods will take place on the clearing of funds from your account. If any of the goods ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you either via e-mail/telephone.
- On dispatch of your order, there will be an e-mail confirmation sent to you for your records. Upon receipt of your package please check your products any shortage should be informed immediately to customer services.
- In some scenarios, if there is any delay from by the courier service, we cannot be held responsible for the same. For both types of delivery options, you will be provided with the tracking number which will be sent to you via e-mail along with the message of the goods being dispatched from our side. This will help you to directly go online on the courier service website and trace your order.
- Some products might be dispatched in two or more dispatches to you without any extra charges and order of higher value will be shipped to you by special delivery.
- Any wrong order placed by you requires to be returned or exchanged, then in this scenario, you will bear the shipping cost. The return address will be mentioned in the invoice, which will be attached along with the order.
- Any made to order lenses are considered to be as nonstock items.
- For all the international shipments, the customs duties are born by the customer. won’t be liable to pay for any customs duties. Delivery of contact lenses and solutions  Currently available for UK and Europe only 


Cancellation of order

On your request, we can also cancel your order and refund the amount you paid to us. The refund will take within 2-3 working day. For further details, please refer to the refund policy.

Once order placed, can only be cancelled on the same day of placing the order, before 3:00 pm (cut-off time). Any request made for cancellation after 3:00 pm will not be accepted.
